being studios provides self-directed and experiential offerings. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. being studios does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic services.

 

Client Responsibility 

You are fully responsible for your participation, your decisions and how you engage within the offering. All outcomes and results are your responsibility.

Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete the full payment. Payment obligations remain due regardless of attendance, participation, or completion of the offering.

Access
Access to all sessions, materials, and recordings is limited to the stated duration of the offering, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access ends at the close of that period.

 

Communication

Access to communication outside of sessions is included only where explicitly stated within the offering.

 

Recordings and Privacy

All sessions are recorded and made available to you during the duration of the offering. All sessions and recordings are private. You agree not to record, share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the sessions or materials. being studios retains the right to share excerpts of recordings publicly, provided that the privacy of any other individual is protected.
 

Use of Materials

All materials are provided for your personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
